Align and refresh healing session Reiki is an energy-healing practice that is considered safe with no side effects. Under the notion that the body is more than a physical entity, Reiki focuses on all aspects of being including mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The holistic medicine can help heal your body from physical illnesses to mental conditions. The word itself is formed by the words, Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which means "life force energy". So Reiki actually translates to "spiritually guided life force energy." The technique itself is based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the patient by means of light touch or a sort of hovering of the hands which activates the natural healing processes of the body thus restoring physical and emotional well-being. Designed to help relieve stress and promote relaxation, Reiki has been found to lower heart rate, blood pressure and stress hormones, as well as increased immune strength. It’s this ability to restore internal homeostasis that allows the body to then access and draw upon its own natural mechanism for healing. A holistic practice that addresses the whole person; body, mind and spirit, Things to do before your session: - Wear loose clothing and remove any metal jewelry. - Do not consume alcohol or meats the day prior our session - Welcome the experience - You will be fully clothed (distance and local sessions) - Reiki is not a massage During the session find an uninterrupted time and comfortable space that will nurture peace and healing. We will connect through Zoom. Make sure you have downloaded the app on your phone or computer prior to our session. The link will be receive upon booking completion.

Cancellation Policy

• Reschedule is NOT available for complimentary discovery calls. • A missed complementary call can be scheduled for a fee of $95 for a 30-minute call. • Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions. • Paid coaching calls are not refundable and must be rescheduled within a week.
