The heartwarming message from a beautiful soul came one morning when I least expected it is inspiring me to my core at a moment when I needed it a sign!
It read: "Reflecting this morning and wanted to express gratitude for you. Although, at times, I wished you could just tell me what to do, you’ve always held a deep space with such magnitude of no judgment. Even to this day, I don’t know what you think about the things that I’ve shared. Thank you for being you and supporting such a safe space to feel. ❤️ wishing you a blessed day
After having a good cry, It gave me the jolt I needed to continue serving incredible brave women who say "YES" to themselves, aren't afraid to be vulnerable, and have a deep desire to free themselves from their fears.
It reminded me that I am not only showing up for myself and conquering my fears! I am doing it for the extraordinary women who have asked me to support their inward journey!
It also showed me the importance of feeling safe where you don't feel judged because I searched for that space myself!
There have been many times clients have asked me:
"Please tell me what to do!"
"What do you think I should do?"
And I can sense the frustration in their voice, desperately searching for answers!
It isn't easy to see your own blind spots or the subconscious beliefs running your life and stopping you from accessing your limitless wisdom and getting consumed with anxiety from the desire to get to the "destination" quickly rather than learning to BE present in the NOW!
All these feelings and emotions show up because they are really saying:
"I am afraid of my inner knowing because, as a little girl, I wasn't taught to trust myself, which leads me to doubt everything I do."
Creating sacred spaces is essential because I know how it feels not to trust your inner wisdom and resort to believing what the people around you are telling you should do based on their perspectives, assumptions, and life experiences!
I was there once, too, feeling lost and confused, with a deep void in my heart, desperately wanting someone to tell me what to do and where to look for answers! 🥺 And many gave me their "opinion," AKA: Their fears!
They see you through their lens; hence receiving their opinions disguised as guidance only leaves you confused, not trusting yourself, and hiding for fear of criticism… They are not walking in your shoes. It doesn't matter if it is your partner or closest friend! They are not you!
I've once experienced seeking approval and validation from others because I wasn't trusting or believing in myself, and I hid it in many ways!

🫣 😶🌫️ I didn't believe I could or should!
🫣 😶🌫️ I wasn't walking my story out of shame or guilt!
🫣 😶🌫️ I was afraid to show up and be seen!
🫣 😶🌫️ I didn't know who I really was behind my roles as a wife, mom, friend, and professional
🫣 😶🌫️ Behind my busyness without BEING genuinely present in my life!
🫣 😶🌫️ The fear of being judged and criticized for my choices or for speaking up.
I got lost hiding behind the veils 😶🌫️ …
Aristotle once said:
If you don't want to be criticized,
Do Nothing
Say Nothing
Be Nothing
And I was doing a pretty darn job hiding 😶🌫️ , deflecting, avoiding, and blaming so I wouldn't be criticized. But deep down, I felt empty and lost!
In hindsight, the experiences of unshackling from my fears taught me to be the woman and coach I am today. To create sacred non-judgment spaces for you to feel safe so you don't hide your most beautiful authentic self!
