I founded three companies in the last ten years. Today, we celebrate TLG's ten-year tenure and Dayanna Valenciano LLC's six years strong with a newly refreshed website.
But how did I get here?
In 2012 I experienced exponential growth when risking it all was the only option after being laid-off for the third time. It inspired me to open La Lune Sacs to house the handbags I was designing then.
The masculine energy that I've used during my corporate years served me well to expand and succeed when I needed to grow my business.
Back then, I believed in the hustle and grind. Making things work with grit!
I was overjoyed when in 2013, we harvested the fruits of my visions (and risks) when we bought our first dream and opened TLG. That's a story for another time.
Then to grow as a human, wife, mom, entrepreneur... Lifecoach in early 2017, I chose to let go of La Lune Sacs and walked out of my aviation career to align with the woman I was discovering within.
Many believed I'd failed.
In reality, the nurturing feminine energy was calling to be rediscovered and embraced. Ohhh, was that foreign but sooo exhilarating!
I leaped and opened the door to many "Why not's" when I launched Dayanna Valenciano LLC as a life coach.
It was scary! YES! But creating a lifelong legacy was worth every breath I took...
Leaving the race everyone is on to create a magical and joyful life requires us to challenge the status quo and dogmas and be adventurous enough to go against everyone and everything!
This sovereignty can direct us to get to know the free-spirited, passionate soul we have inside. Our dream/brand/service reflect who we are—the values and mission mirror the human behind it!
How do I start to align my business with my soul? Some asked...
If you desire your heart-center ventures to succeed, you need to start inward and align them with your soul. Reevaluating every year where you are and adjust sail...and always:
• Lead with your heart. • Invest unapologetically in yourself. Your growth! When it is time to rebuild or rebirth, it will help you move onward. • Be unafraid to question your perceptions and admit when you are mistaken. • Make decisions that support your inner peace and align with your values • Delegate. You need to partner with those whose strengths can complement your weakness.• •
There is NO competition! Believe in your uniqueness!
• Empower others to make decisions and invite them to tap into their magic! We need more lightworkers to change the world. • Take risks and invite spontaneity. It is sooo much fun! • Allow yourself to evolve and take many forms. Like the water. We weren’t born to be contained • Don't be afraid to go after your aim with all your might! You already got the tools!
If you are going through a transition in your life, invite spontaneity and imperfect action! You will be in awe of how much the Universe surprises you when you say YES to living your life out loud, fully tapping into your magic!
