The Power of Sujok

Updated: Jan 13, 2022

For fifteen years, I endured chronic respiratory problems, and with each episode, the antibiotic doses would increase, while my tolerance to them would diminish. Then one day, my then doctor requested that I be admitted. If she increased the dose any higher, I would go into cardiac arrest; my resting heart rate at the time was at 152 pulses per minute. I could hardly breathe and couldn't walk three steps without feeling exhausted.

It was my turning point. I was a forty-four-year-old woman, and my body was giving up on me.

My healing journey started with Reiki, by releasing the stuck energy making me sick. Then, Sujok piqued my interest. The healing was almost immediate. That's when I decided to become a therapist and share this beautiful practice with the world.

SuJok is a treatment system that includes various techniques that prevent and cure illness and restore health without any drugs. Our hands ("su" in Korean) and feet ("jok") represent our entire body in miniature through the different systems.

Many traditional doctors in Asia (India, Thailand, Indonesia) are now practicing Sujok to alleviate physical and emotional suffering with no side effects, treating the mind, body, and soul as a whole.

Seed Therapy

Sujok uses our hands and feet as the correspondence system of our entire body. Think of it as our body's remote control. Today the Onnuri Medicine is an integral part of my practice, combined with Reiki Energy Healing, guiding my clients to A Journey Inwards™ to balance their mind, body, and soul. We treat chronic and acute ailments. Going deep to the root cause, releasing the energy block, and activating the body's natural healing process.

We also use color to activate and treat illnesses accessing the meridian and all the systems in our body, including organs, tissues, muscles, bones, etc.

Try this! Next time you feel anxious, use your thumb fingertips, place them on the first flange of the pointer finger, and press while you breathe.

I will be sharing more tips!! Our aim is that in every household, someone knows Sujok and uses it as their first line of defense.
